Northern Sleeper - $345.00-$415.00
Southern Sleeper - $415.00-$505.00
Rates are subject to 6% State Use Tax. There are no further
taxes, levies, fees, or service charges.
WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY!
Our pet fee is $40.00 per night for one dog and $50.00 per night for 2 dogs.
We can accommodate up to two medium size dogs in each suite or one dog per suite for a large size dog.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
-Guests who cancel their reservation 30 or more days before their confirmed arrival date will have their deposit refunded minus a $50.00 service charge.
-There are no refunds and the full amount will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
-Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation in the event of late arrivals or early departures.
